Want the new Helly Hansen uniform this year?
It might not look like winter outside, but it’s time to start thinking about ordering your new Helly Hansen uniform for this patrol season.
Now is the time to start looking at what uniform options are available to purchase. Get your orders into your patrol leader early, so you can be sure to get your new duds in time for your resort’s opening day.
This message will walk you through the following details:
- Ordering deadlines and product availability.
- Info on products available this year to our members.
- The ordering process and shipping details.
- Returns and reimbursement considerations.
Ordering deadlines and product quantities
Be sure to have your uniform order into your patrol leader no later than November 25, 2023.
There are two reasons for this:
- Stock of each style and sizing is limited, and once a style and size sell out, we won’t have any again until the fall of 2024.
- The sooner an order goes in, the sooner your item will ship. We would love every patroller who orders a Helly Hansen uniform to have it in their hands, ready for their first patrol shift of this season.
Product offering for the 2023-2024 winter patrol season
You can find the updated catalogue of soft goods available on the Pro Deals section of the member site. You will also find info about the Helly Tech used in their patrol products. Note: The HH jackets accommodate a different-sized name badge. If you order a HH jacket, you will also be required to purchase a new name badge. Check with your patrol leader about the pricing of the appropriate-sized name badge for the HH jackets.
The ordering process and shipping
Provide your uniform order (style number and size) to your patrol leader or designated patrol team member. Patrol uniforms are not available for purchase on the HH website, and zones must submit uniform orders as a group order to help reduce shipping costs.
Returns and reimbursement considerations
All patrollers must refer to the measurement sizing charts in the catalogue to identify their appropriate item size. We want to limit the number of exchanges required for our members.
If you need to make an exchange for a different size, please reach out to your patrol leader to coordinate the exchange.
If you decide to return an unworn (tags still attached) product, it can take up to two weeks for reimbursement to be processed. Your patrol leader can help you with the return.
