Thank you for your patience. The recent CSP website technical upgrades are complete.
Why we completed this upgrade
The upgrades made to back-end functionality will allow for a single sign-on between the Yeti database and the website (skipatrol.ca) and to connect to the upcoming learning management system (LMS).
This means you’ll use the same email address and password to login to all CSP digital properties that house member-related content.
These upgrades were done to simplify access to member-only content –in line with the CSP’s strategic plan goal of modernization.
How does this impact members?
- Your login for yeti.skipatrol.ca and skipatrol.ca is your primary email address associated with your Yeti account (the email account at which you received this, and all other CSP national emails, the 5/5 member newsletters).
- Patrollers with expired memberships cannot access the member side of skipatrol.ca. However, access to your Yeti profile is not affected by an expired membership.
- To check your membership status in Yeti, login here.
- If your membership status requires updating, please reach out to your zone administrator for assistance.
Forget which CSP digital properties do what?
Check out this article for more information about the differences between each website.
Still have issues logging into the Yeti or national website?
If you have any errors with logging into skipatrol.ca (the member side of this site) based on the notes above, please contact Kerri Loudoun (kerri.loudoun@skipatrol.ca) and Greg McCormick (greg.mccormick@skipatrol.ca) with a description and screen shots of the errors you are experiencing.
