After many years of service and dedication to the CSP, Cheryl McDowell has retired, and the Training and Development (T&D) portfolio has the following job opportunity. We thank Cheryl for her past contributions. 

Deputy national portfolio lead – training and development 

The primary duty of this position is to assist the national portfolio lead – training and development with: 

• Managing the components and resources required to qualify and requalify CSP members in advanced first aid and on-snow skills, and to certify and recertify CSP instructors and instructor trainers. 

• Ensuring bi-directional communication with division training managers on the resource needs of the divisions and the delivery of training resources.
