In January, the CSP welcomed Ferno Canada as a partner and supporter of Canada’s largest volunteer first responder organization.
Ferno is a global giant in emergency, rescue and healthcare equipment, plus markets dedicated to satisfying customers with innovative products that improve healthcare delivery for caregivers and those they serve. It is now an official supplier to the CSP.
Under the agreement, CSP members will have access to Ferno Canada’s products at specially discounted pricing. Ferno will also provide financial support to the CSP.
The program will not only support our traditional area of volunteer delivery of advanced first aid at alpine and Nordic ski areas and resorts, but at off-snow events such as marathons, regattas and fairs the CSP serves through its fast-growing 365 program.
“The goal of the program is to strengthen the relationship with the respective parties and to extend pro-deal pricing that benefits the CSP membership not just for discounted costs for on-hill products but also for products utilized within its 365 program requirements,” said Brent Fairweather, director of Ferno Canada’s recue group. Fairweather noted the agreement comes following two years of discussions to align two great organizations.
Ferno is a perfect fit for the Canadian Ski Patrol,” said CSP President and CEO Zoe Robinson. “As a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of professional emergency, rescue and healthcare products, we share common goals in delivering top-notch client care, and a common dedication to innovation and excellence.”
