Now back in (I believe) 2004 the movie “13 going on 30” came to the chick flick scene. A turning part in the story was when a magazine company has to redesign. Everyone was shocked, everyone was worried, and everyone was scared. That turning point changed the protagonists outlook on the whole situation and in the end it was a happily ever after – in chick flick words.
So what does this all mean?
No, we are by no means a magazine. But here in Drayton Valley Zone we are asking that you embrace this change with us. A redesign that may take some time. This redesign includes the colour of our jackets/uniforms, which will be Red, White and Black.
With the economy changing and costs still present our winter colours may still hang around for another season or two. We are however looking into the summer (off snow) uniforms, to have as soon as possible, there too please be patient while we work through this redesign.
BUT REMEMBER
We are still the same dedicated individuals who help to keep you safe both on the hill and off. These summer months we hope to see you during our off snow events, like: the Drayton Valley Triathlon, DV100, and Thunder in the Valley. We are always happy to talk!
