Please note that the Canadian Ski Patrol is a volunteer organization, and none of our patrollers is compensated monetarily for their time. Many resorts have both paid and volunteer ski patrollers. Where there are both, they work together as one team. Each resort manages the two branches of the patrol differently in terms of roles and responsibilities. If you wish to join the paid patrol, please contact the resorts directly. We work closely together, but each resort manages its own hiring.
