The AGM Agenda is as follows:
- Call to Order
- Call for any amendments or edits to the 2023 AGM Minutes. Motion to approve & accept the 2023 AGM Minutes
- Vice-President Reports (will be emailed to the membership), followed by Q&A
- Vice-President Finance to:
- present a summary of 2023/24 audited statements, followed by Q&A from the membership. Motion to approve 2023/24 audited statements.
- Motion to approve Lockhart LLP as auditors for the 2024/25 season.
- Present 2024/25 proposed budget, followed by Q&A from the membership. Motion to approve 2024/25 budget.
- New Business
- Zone Executive Elections
- Nominations are still open for President, Vice President Administration, and two Vice President at Large positions (currently, Member Services and Recruitment). The deadline for nominations is June 3rd.
- Awards, Wine & Cheese
Zone & Division Awards nominations are now closed.
There is still time to nominate a fellow patroller for a national award!
